The cladding replacement scandal (in the wake of the Grenfell fire) becomes more ludicrous day by day.
Witness this half year charge of £100K for replacement of the cladding to a building.
How on earth are people meant to be able to pay this?
If the builders complied with rules at the time of building, then any post build changes to the law that require immediate changes in cladding need to be covered by those that changed the law.....or am I missing something here?
